Regardless of which move out service you need, we also recommend that we are the last vendor in the home, after all the house cleaning, floor and carpet cleaning and home is completely moved out and empty. This way after we treat the home and property our chemical residual stays in place, leaving a strong barrier down for the new occupants that will move in after you. If you are infested with a certain insect then a one-time pest control move out treatment will not totally control your infestation. You will need a specific treatment for the control of the infestation.
General Pest Control Move Out Treatment: is for common insects that are present in Central Texas (Common Ants, American Cockroaches, Crickets, Centipedes, Earwigs, Ground Beetles, Millipedes, Paper Wasps, Pillbugs, Silverfish and Spiders). This treatment is done by spraying all of the Interior and garage baseboards, corners of walls, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, behind appliances and around exterior doorway and window thresholds. After service completion, you will receive a professional invoice to give to your property management company showing completion of the pest control move out treatment. We recommend you give the treatment one hour to properly dry.
A general pest control move out treatment EXCLUDES the control of the following listed pests: Bedbugs, Fleas, Bees, Termites, Rodents, Fire Ants, Carpenter Ants, German Cockroaches, Ticks, Flies, Gnats, Birds, Bats, Crazy Ants, Pharaoh Ants, Rover Ants, Scorpions And Wild Life Animals.
Flea & Tick Move Out Treatment: you more and likely had pets, so your property management company is requiring that you have the property sprayed for fleas and ticks. This treatment is performed by treating all the interior flooring and by power spraying the exterior back yard only. You can have just the inside treated, exterior treated or both? Once again please find out what the property management company is requiring you to have completed. After service completion, you will receive a professional invoice to give to your property management company showing completion of the pest control move out treatment. We recommend that all people and pets stay out of home and off of the backyard for 4 hours to allow for the treatment to properly dry.
